Privacy notice

Testclubs is a competitive-exam practice app with a personal AI mentor. This notice describes what we collect, who processes it, and the rights you have over it. It reflects our reading of India's DPDP Act 2023 and the IT Rules; it is public-research synthesis, not settled legal counsel.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google we store your Firebase user identifier, the sign-in provider (Google), the email address that provider gives us (provider_email), and your display name. We donot store your Google profile photo. We do not ask for your date of birth, address, or payment details.

Who processes your data

We rely on a small set of named processors:

Mentor conversations

Your conversations with the AI mentor are stored as transcripts so the mentor can remember which traps catch you. We keep a transcript for at most 365 days from its last activity, after which it is deleted. You can invoke your erase right at any time to have your conversation transcripts and account data deleted before that ceiling — write to the grievance contact below.

Account lifecycle

You can start practising without signing in. An anonymous account that is never linked to a Google sign-in is automatically deleted after30 days of inactivity. When you erase your account, we remove your personal data and conversation transcripts. We retainde-linked records of AI processing cost — figures with no connection back to your identity — because we need them for our own financial accounting; these survive erasure precisely because they no longer point to you.

No behavioural profiling

We do not build advertising or behavioural profiles of you, sell your data, or track you across other sites. Your practice data is used to run the product you asked for — nothing else.

Your rights and grievances

Under the DPDP Act and the IT Rules you may ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased. Our grievance contact is theGrievance Officer, reachable atgrievance@testclubs.com. See our contact pagefor the acknowledgement and response commitment.
